Privacy Porivacy Policy

For us privacy for our valued customers is very important. We strongly believe that the personal information of our customers should not be shared with the third party without the prior consent or request from the customer. Privacy is the right of an individual and at Cosy Trip information of the customer such as contact no., email, addresses etc. is used only for the internal purpose and not for sale.

 

Cancellation Policy 

Customers agree to varying terms and conditions when ordering a ticket with different airlines. Airlines typically offer refund choices based on the booking category:


  • The total price listed includes all relevant taxes but excludes any applicable airport tax or other charges levied at the airport.
  • Before your booking can be confirmed, you must pay the complete price.
  • No refunds will be issued for 'no-shows' or partially utilized flights.
  • Meals, frequent flyer points, and special service requests are available only upon request and are subject to confirmation by the airline(s).
  • For any questions about your Frequent Flyer miles, please contact the airline directly.

 

Refund policy :-

 

1. Air Ticket :- No refund or If flight is concealed on special cases as per DGCA guidelines.

 

2. Train Ticket :-

 

a) If a confirmed ticket is cancelled online more than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the scheduled departure of the train, a minimum per passenger cancellation charges shall be deducted at the flat rate as below:  Class of Your Ticket  Executive Class (EC) Flat Cancellation Charges per Passenger  ₹240/- +GST AC Chair Car (CC) ₹180/- +GST

 

b) If a confirmed ticket is cancelled online between forty-eight hours (48) and up to twelve (12) hours before the scheduled departure of the train, cancellation charges will be deducted as follows: 25%(Twenty Five percent) of the fare subject to the minimum cancellation charge referred to in clause 1(a) plus GST applicable for all AC Classes 

 

c) If a confirmed ticket is cancelled online within twelve (12) hours and up to four hours before the scheduled departure of the train, cancellation charges will be deducted as follows: 50%(Fifty percent) of the fare subject to the minimum cancellation charge referred to in clause 1(a) ) plus GST applicable for all AC Classes   

 

d) No refund of fare shall be admissible on the tickets having confirmed reservation in case ticket is not cancelled online or TDR not filed online up to four hours before the scheduled departure of the train  

 

3. Package :- 100% refund 30 days before trip start, 50% 15 days before trip start.


Note - Refund amount will be reflect with in 7 working days
